I know how you feel when it comes to exercise and getting out of the house. I couldnt be bothered doing those things either. How long have you been on your meds for? I dont advise going off them cold turkey as it could make you feel alot worse. Why dont you talk to your pdoc about changing your meds! I wish you all the best and hope you are feeling alot better soon. It sucks being that way i know!

Dear L37,

If you are thinking about changing your meds, please consult with your doctor first. I know and understand how it has been a long road for you, but try your best to stay on track by calling the doctor first.

I am sorry that you are feeling this way. Please let us know how you are doing later today.

Slick

I think it's hard when we are on meds and sometimes we think we should just stop, but as someone else mentioned that may not be beneficial, so you should check with your doctor, because maybe you are just on the wrong combination of meds.

DO NOT GO OFF LAMICTAL COLD TURKEY!!!!!

If you suddenly stop taking an anticonvulsant, you run a risk of having seizures, even if you have never had one before.

If you want to go off your meds, please call your doc and ask for their advice about getting off the meds.

You may need an adjustment of meds to feel better. There have been several times where I wish I could just dump the meds because I am not better yet.

But what if? I am just gonna keep trying, because I am that darn stubborn. Want to keep trying together?

hi ,
having to take meds is a royal pain in the butt and in a perfect world nobody would have to but seeing as we are all human and have all these different flaws we sometimes need meds to help us cope or deal with day to day life .
That said I do agree that maybe the dose maybe needs adjusting to make things a bit better. but giving up cold just because we have the poos with feeling so down isn't a great idea and can do more harm then good and may even put you farther back then you are now .so not the best idea ok ?
Talk to the doctors as they may not know how you feel and decide to fix the dose for you or try other combination of meds that could do the same thing
It would be a pity to undo what you already have achieved for the sake of taking 1 pill
Please think before not taking them ok .

(from someone that knows how wrong things can get when you don't think you need them anymore)
