Life is so hard to live sad, crying in agony. I feel lonely and secluded, when I am around friends or acquaintances I feel lonely still.
I write in my journal, I write poetry, I crochet, I do a little drawing and painting, watch some tv, see my T, pray, church, I walk 3x a day... sighing.........Help with suggestions if you'd like.

I am so sorry you are feeling this way are you seeing a therapist? I know how you feel about the lonely in a crowd thing - thats me too - take care and try to do 3 things every day that are kind to you - like a long bubble bath, a favourite food - or buy some fresh flowers to brighten the place up.

take care P7

Hi Nobody's child
It sounds like you are a very active person so feeling so alone and isolated must be very hard.Have you tried to talk to a close friend about how you feel? And as the others have said talk to a T if you have have to and see where you could make some changes in the way you look at yourself.
All you might need is just a word or 2 of encouragement and then you might be surprised at how good you feel after off loading some of your burdens if you want.
Unfortunately in society today everyone is so caught up in their own little worlds that they sometimes forget the people around them, so maybe just by letting someone else know how you feel may break some of those loneliness bonds. I hope that helped
And there is always this forum where you can interact with others that feel the same way,and get some tips on how to handle these feelings you have

to PC again nice to see you in the depression forums. (though I wish you weren't feeling depressed)

I think daggy has a good point. I've found that friendships feel lonely alot... one way to get around this is to be very open with the other person and try to create a deeper friendship. Tell the friend how you're feeling. Is there anyone you could think of you could talk with?
