Today has been one of the worst days of my life.
I am so, so down it is getting unbearable, I am having thoughts I havent had in a very long time, I am scared.
I just hope I can get out of this soon.

It won't always be like this. It doesn't seem like it, but it won't.

Call your T or Pdoc , they are supposed to help! I just saw my NP today and we adjusted my meds.
