Life just seems to go down in a spiral. Does this ever end. Just seems that it keeps going down, still can't see the bottom. Hopefully I can hit the bottom that way can start going up. Just hope I can make it out.

With the right therapy, meds or a combination there of the answer to your question is "maybe".

As a frog of little brain I cannot make predictions or prophecies. I do think you will find methods to help you cope with your own demons.

Please know you will find very caring, understanding people here to help you through the bad times and celebrate the good times.

Try not to think about the future. Focus on the present, to get through now. Make small attainable goals for yourself, so that you can see progress being made. Like: mow the lawn; play a game; create some artwork; bake; etc.
