Thanks to everybody who responded to my mental health question..It really wasn't an actual question and I do know that I need to go to the professionals, because my meds aren't working anymore and I'm always tired and depressed .. tired of feeling like this,I have been reading posts all day long while I'm at work ...Relocating is a huge B****. Exercising and massages lined up for next week after I get paid. But I really want to know what is the best Anti-depressant that doesnt have messy side effects -- I'm on Seroquel and Trazadone and Lamictal and its combo is more for like BiPolar .. not my anxiety and depression ..I have never been depressed just been anxious my whole entire life.. had trichotilomania and addiction problems in the past.. but being depressed is physically hurting me now, IBS and muscle tension/pain.Thanks you guys in advance for being so understanding and knowing so much

You know IBS and muscle tension pain could both be a result of the depression. You know the commercial that says Depression hurts. and talks about fatigue, aches and pains and the like. It's really true. The way my psych explained it with me was that there are the same chemicals in the stomach that there are in the brain and if the brain is off the stomach is likely to be off hence the IBS. I have it too. All a result of the depression. So don't look for the anti-d with the least amount of side effects, look for the anti-d that will work best for you. Perhaps stay away from wellbutrin if you're anxious because wellbutrin is a sort of stimulant, like an upper that may cause your anxiety to rise. Then again I'm no doctor. So always consult your doctor.

Love and Hugs,
Tara
