I've been tracking my depression score on the site here for the last couple of months and today I made 43!

It's been in the fifties before.

I've been promoted to moderate depression. I feel downright giddy Mood rising!!!!!

thank you Mood rising!!!!! thank you Mood rising!!!!! thank you Mood rising!!!!!

I did have a good day yesterday. I think the test score made me stop and look around at the things that were better than before. I felt so perky I painted my toenails for the first time this century!

And then.........I woke up this morning and my house is flooding. It's happened twice before but it is really distressing. I am glad I am feeling a little better or this would have knocked me flat. So thanks specially for the hugs ....they were appreciated
