Dont' you hate when EVERY LITTLE THING frustrates you to no end? I can barely type these words right, the pages in my book keep flipping on their own, I can't get comfortable on my bed.

Things like this shouldn't frustrate me, but they are...bad. It's to the point where I feel like throwing my laptop across the room because it won't get my words right.

I do understand...

And try not to get too mad at yourself for being that frustrated. It's the depression, not a moral failing in you.

I know how you feel! It REALLY sucks. Try taking a few deep breaths before you throw your laptop, though. It's less expensive.

this situation, I guess, would be familiar to anyone diagnosed with major depression. Relax, u are NOT alone. We all have dealt it, and survived.

It is the Shits, isn't it!!! Depression can be horrific and demeaning to the individual who has it!!! Fortunately, there is PsychCentral and people who are going through similar situations. I hope you are seeing a therapist; I start seeing one again this coming Thursday. It has been almost 2 years since I last saw a therapist and on medications.

I wish you the very Best!!!

Agitation BITES!!! Been there. Done that.

Soothing things help me. Playing a game on the computer. I play scrabble. It helps. So does deep breathing and relaxation tapes.

Yep. It definitely sucks to feel so bad. I feel like I'm underwater, looking up to the surface, but if there's life on the other side, I don't know how to get to it. My world is in slow motion and all is dark below. So tired and weak. Hard to even get out of bed and just get on the site a few times today. We've all been through it or are going through it and know that eventually things will get better, but it's so hard to believe in the middle of it. feel better soon
