Is there anyway how? I mean come on, we've all said things we really wish we shouldnt, or done, but how do you get over them?? Thanks...Heading off to bed.

but I don't believe we "get over them"
It's my belief that each of these things morph into forgiveness and understanding; first for ourselves then for others when they also make mistakes.

Hanging on to them only hurts us, learning from them helps us.
