What makes you think that everyone is mad at you all the time?

Actually, this butt kissing and trying to make everyone happy with you can actually have the effect of people being annoyed with you........... Maybe your cause and effect are backwards? You feel that you have to do something because people are annoyed with you but what you are doing might be what is making them annoyed?????
