something i havent ever really done before. i dont know why i did it... the sight of food made me want to vomit. but i forced it down my throat.. and i so desperately want to run downstairs and gag till i can get rid of it... which is stupid as its probably too late now.
and the thought of thats stupid.
2300 calories. in one day. and i didnt even want it.
FAT ****UP.

Hmmm... Something out of the norm. On the one hand, I'm sorry for how this "incident" makes you feel. On the other hand, when something unusual happens, it can offer new information to process and lead to greater insights.

Any ideas what triggered the binge episode? Is there any particular food you found yourself "overeating" during the binge? Without reference to the binge, and even without reference to depression - if you can imagine it, is there any food you really enjoy?

Hoping you can get some emotional distance from this binge incident
