Been Crying Alot and Feeling down, Everything is very tough now, Sometimes I like to sleep alot so I dont have to think of stuff, I had depression a few yrs ago and its creeping back upon me. Any Advice?

The Last Time I Didnt Do Good, I was In The Greiving Stages and basically shut myself off from everyone,went to work,came home,ate,slept, Same routine.That was Almost 2 yrs. These Last Few yrs Have been Good,I was Happy,this yr, I feel like Its comes crashing down in a way.I think My heart is breaking a little bit.

If you feel like you need to get some help you can go to your local doctor and they will be on it right away.

Thanks,that sounds good. This Guy I was Close with is now with someone else and I think I am suffering from a broken heart. We will always be friends but its hard that he is with someone.
