I ask myself the same questions. It must be depression. Before depression I never asked these questions of myself. I just don't know! hugs for your day.

What is wrong with you?? I do not know. But I do know that you cannot make your husband happy. It is something that he has to do on his own. You can love him, be there for him, do things for him, and be willing to listen to him. But his happiness comes from within.

As far as being a better mom. I have often asked myself that same question. The answer is are you taking care of them, making sure they have clean clothes, food to eat, giving them a hug and telling them I love you, helping them with their homework, watching a movie now and again or some other activity with them. It is not in giving them everything they want or think they need, but in being there for them. I am sure you are a good mom.

None of us are perfect. And we all wish we could do better at times. But everyday you are there for them is showing them that you care.

What is normal???? I do not know if you are depressed, or have a t, or are on meds. What I do know is that depression lies to you and trys so hard to hold you in its grips so that you think things that are not really true. If you do not have a t it might be good to look into getting one so that you have someone that can be there IRL for you.

We are always here for you anytime, to listen and support. I know you are hurting but coming here and reaching out shows you are trying. Every time you can reach--you push forward. I do care and I am hearing what you are saying. There's is nothing wrong with you that cannot be fixed. Know you are not alone. We care. Please keep reaching.

YOU must come first. You -

It's like when someone tells you to smile, it actually makes it worse because you really want to smile but can't.

So trying to make someone else happy is taking from you're healing.

Still wearing a mask playing a part.
