Sorry you are feeling so down, I know that it hurts, I am where you are, but I think you have to tell your therapists or they can not help you. I know how hard it is to talk about some things but they do really have to know. Good luck, keep posting, we are here, hugs for your day.

Please tell your pdoc or T about how bad you are feeling! They can't help you if they don't know how bad you are feeling.

I so feel the same way, I really do know how you feel. But here it is: we are fighters of an illness that wants to take over our thoughts, our minds, our happiness, our concentration, it wants all we have. I feel sometimes that it is winning and I have no way out. But there is a way we just have to stay together and find it. You are here posting, you are fighting. We are fighting together. I am so sorry you are feeling this way, believe me I do understand. Hugs for your day.

I'm sorry to hear you are feeling this way. Maybe your meds have stopped working. Sometimes you need to switch meds or try several different ones before you find something that works. Please tell your T so they can try and help you.

I am trying to tough it out till T comes back. The med T doesn't know me well enough not to panic if I tell her how I feel. I am still here, so part of me must be fighting. Thanks for reminding me.
