just pondering on my moods .. this happens everyday ..
i wake up full of energy - it lasts until noon then i steadily decline into darkness .. my energy goes down and feel like i am sinking..
mornings are great ..i get things done etc .. then the rest of the day is horrible for me. this has been the same for some months now.
any ideas?

IDEAS---

Diet--what is your diet like?

Caffeine--do you drink a lot of coffee in the mornings?

Medication--Are you on any and what is it and what are the side effects.

Diagnoses--Have you been diagnosed with a Mental Illness or more than one?

Answer these and maybe you'll have a better idea of what is going on.

Hope this helps.

Berries questions are great and may lead you to an answer. Hopefully you can talk to a professional about what you're experiencing.

Several years ago a doctor told me some studies (which?) suggested the afternoon sun served as a natural sleep cue for many people, this without regard to the size, contents, or precise timing of the midday meal. In your case, however, the effect seems exaggerated.

I really hope you can find a way to overcome this, Shame. Fatigue is a bummer.
