((((Blacktears))))

I am sorry you are feeling so low. I know what it is like falling and falling deeper and deeper in a spiral. But it is not over unless you give in to the lies that depression is telling you. For it does not want you to pull yourself back up.

I know it is hard. It is sometimes almost nearly impossible. It is tiring and makes you feel as though you are sinking in it all. It is like quicksand pulling you under and you struggle with every step you try to take but no matter what, it feels as though you are sinking.

We all go through storms. They are hard and fierce. The winds blow you so hard that you feel you cannot get back up when they knock you down. The thunder bangs and keeps you from hearing the words you need and want to hear.

The lightening strikes with a pain that you cannot describe to anyone. The rain pours so hard that you cannot see. Sometimes outside and sometimes within where no one but you can see. You get picked up within a twister and your feet cannot touch the ground.

We are tossed to and fro like a rag doll with no mercy and no understanding of what or why. But with every storm, there is a rainbow. All storms have a beginning and an end. They cannot last forever.

And in all the storms there is something that we can learn from it. It may not be something we want to learn, but it may be something we need to learn. I know it is not easy. I am there right now. But I know in all bad there is something good within somewhere.

Please know we are right here for you to listen and validate what you are feeling. To stand beside you as you walk this path. You are never alone. I have been walking in a tunnel for weeks now. It is so dark and scary. It is somewhere that I must walk alone as no one else can walk there.

But I know that even as dark and alone as it is in the tunnel. There has to be an end somewhere. And I know that all my pc family and friends are walking as close to the tunnel as they can. They are holding out lights all along the outside and they will be there when I come through the other side.

And we are here for you just that way. All you have to do is keep reaching out and posting as you can or want. Even just your name so we can support and encourage you as you walk this. For we all walk through many storms but if we keep going and reaching out----we will see the rainbow.

It may be pale but it is there. We are all here for one another and pulling for one another. It is never over unless we give up. Please do not give up. Keep reaching. We care. Sending you gentle hugs and loving thoughts.
