Why isn't there a mood indicator that says "I give up"?

Probably because is it not a good thing to think!!
I use Paranoid, since I have people tell me I am a bit paranoid, since I usually expect the worst in everything. So, paranoid applies to me quite well.

have you tried breathing meditations? just sit quietly in your room, close your eyes, imagine every stress you know of leaving with each exhale... take your time and try to do this daily, morning and evening... it takes a little while but it will help you regain composure and confidence

Hi Lost. You have so many wonderful people on this forum who clearly love you to bits. That is so wonderful to see. I am glad to see you fight back. We all get days like that. But you are strong and can overcome them !
