In two minutes You can completely change your world.

This is a new day. I have been given this day to use as I will.
I can waste it, or use it for good. But what I do with today is important bc I have exchanged a day of my Life for it. When tomorrow comes, today will be gone forever. I hope I will not regret the price I have paid for it.

A day @ a Time,
Holmes
Thanks for this!

I see you had a 'lightbulb moment' - kudos to you. You're right all we really have is this moment. We shouldn't live today fretting about the past because it's gone. We can't even worry about tomorrow because it doesn't exist. The reality is this moment. Thanks mlpHolmes
