Profoundly depressed. Disillioned with therapy and life in general. Nothing "happened". I just am. And I am fed up of waking up in the mornings feeling this way.

(((((((Berries))))))))
I know it is hard to wake up in the morning and feel as if the world is weighing you down. Have you talked to your T about your disillusionment? Maybe your T could incorporate different treatments. Do you have a Pdoc? Does s/he know that you feel this way all the time? We care about you. I hope that as your day goes on it gets better.

BerriesI know you are having such a horrid time, but when I saw you wrote "Ijust am" I couldn't help but think " ...And it's a d....good thing ,too". If you weren't, a lot of people would go without a warm, caring, and wise friend. Please take care of yourself

I was exactly where you are a bit more than a month ago and the depression has lifted somewhat, I really wish you the same as I know much too well the pain and anguish you are feeling.

((((((((((((((((((( Berries )))))))))))))))) Indeed, I know it doesn't help much but............it could be worse. To be feeling nothing means you are feeling.

Are you still awaiting word of your tests? I apologize that I haven't kept up on the status of your testing. Or perhaps I have.....I know you completed the psychiatric part. Is it over now and you are awaiting word? I hate being in that state.

I'm not feeling so good myself today. Let's go throw rocks at cars.

Sorry, I see now you are depressed. Throwing rocks really makes one feel better. Really.
