I am so tired today it's not even funny. I went to back at 10:45 last night, got up 9:30 this mornng... felt like I hadn't slept at all, I was so exhausted. Could hardly keep my eyes open until 12:45 when I laid down and slept until 4:30. And I am still absolutely exhausted!!! All I feel like doing is crawling back in bed and sleeping the rest of the day and (quite possibly) all the way through the night. What is wrong with me???

((((Manda)))))
Maybe it is just an accumulation of lack of sleep....All I know for me I have been feeling like this for 3 days and I believe it is the change in the weather....getting very cold where I am...change of seasons...time to hibernate...
I hope you feel better tomorrow
Thanks for this!

It seems like all I do is sleep! And my mother-in-law and my mom are just convinced that's the cause of my constant migraines... sleeping too much.

That happens to me around this time of year. The days start getting shorter, it starts getting colder and miserable outside ... I've been known to spend up to 22 hours a day in bed, only getting up long enough to get something to eat or go to the bathroom. It's really difficult, I know. Hang in there.

Grrr... slept for 15 hours last night, and I am still too pooped to pop!
It was soooooooooo hard to even open my eyes this morning (well... this afternoon) when I woke up.
They felt soooooooo heavy, like I hadn't slept in days.

((((((((Manda)))))))

best I can suggest is trying to take a walk to get some blood pumping and endorphins flowing through your system.

Personally I'd try coffee but I dunno because it's not always the best idea.

Hope you feel more energetic soon!
