I have no energy. I have no desire to do anything. I have so much homework and I can't even get it started. I was able to do a little earlier today but now I just don't care. I hate this.

I get so depressed when I start worrying about money. IT is awful. Food, medication, rent, T, gas, car repairs. It stresses me out and I can't stand it. Then I am supposed to be able to focus on my homework. I can't do all this at the same time. It makes my head hurt. I'm supposed to write two papers and read twenty or so articles along with singing in a concert this weekend. I don't think I can do all that by Monday, but that is when it is all do. I just don't care.

I hate my life.

Sending you lots of hug hun

All that stuff sounds very overwhelming, you can only do one thing at a time though. Can you try breaking all this stuff down into smaller tasks and make a schedule up so you don't have to try to worry about everything at once?

Whatever happens, may you find moments of happiness and affirmation this weekend. YOU are more than accomplishments and activities.

What an awful situation to be in! I really have been there Googley and I understand what it's like. I wish for you a windfall of money to take care of your responsibilities and to take care of something you would like for yourself to uplift you a little bit, & wish for you some inner peace through breathing slowly in and out to neutralise the feelings of sadness and carelessness.

I send you lots of hugs & Potato Soup (I'm a vegie so no meat sorry), two little white dinner rolls (they taste better than wholegrain), and a large 2kg block of Cadburys Milk Chocolate and a very large box of Whitmans chocolates & Candies (Love their vermont fudge it's the best) and best of all to replace your vitaminB a complete truckload of Reeses Peanut butter cups (unless you're allergic in which case I will have to eat them for you).

Take thy self unto the stars and look down upon thy completed papers & articles, then fall back into the chocolate haze of self love and acceptance,

((((((((tons of hugs))))))))

I too get overwhelmed easily when I think of everything I have to do. What helps me is to decide just what I need to do in the next 2 hours. Maybe that will help. If you are falling into an episode of depression, try looking for the not so obvious stuff, like have you eaten? too much caffeine? Are you making sure you are getting enough sleep. You have to take care of the body or nothing else will work either. Hope it all goes smoothly for you this weekend!

((((((Googley))))))) No, you can't do them all at once. For right now, only take what you can manage and then find what you have to do first and do it, bit by bit. Even if you have no idea what to write, just start some nonsense (It was a dark and stormy night) until you can start getting out the information you need. Then cut out the parts that don't go alongwith the assignment. Put some good music on to get the creative juices flowing a bit. and, by the way, that bit about the chocolate sounds pretty darned good. Hang in there. It sounds like the home lap for this term Huggs
