Hi and welcome.

I am newer here myself.

Can you go to a clinic and see a doctor?
Have you looked into Public aide to see if you qualify for a medical card? Is there a mental health clinic in your area?
If all else fails maybe a trip to the hospital emergency room?

Working in social service myself, I really encourage you to seek out social service agencies in your community for information.
Sometimes calling a hot line number is good and they can provide you information on services in your area.

I hope this helps a little. Welcome

beatriz, the talk about it being the end of the line and hating yourself for living is very serious. Your current situation may be overwhelming but you can be helped. If you are even remotely considering hurting yourself, please go the emergency room and ask for help.

As the very least please tell us you are okay.

The other posters have very good advice. I want to add that some churches have contacts to some healthcare practitioners who can take a few cases "pro bono", that is either without pay or on a sliding scale. Also, if you have a college or university in your city, they often have a training clinic.
If things get too scary, go directly to the emergency room as The Byzantine says. Absolutely!!! Keep in touch, let us know how you are

Try www.dadehealth.org. Or google mental health services in Miami, FL. Fortunately if you are living in or really near Miami, there are likely to be a lot of services out there for low-income or fixed-income people. Many places have sliding scales and I'm sure living in a large area like Miami the services are available somewhere. Good luck. Stay well.
