when you feel you're at a point where you can't take anymore? When you've had enough? I'd like to know.

Watched "The Sea Inside" last night. Has anyone else seen it? I agree with what he fought for and think it should apply to all. My favorite line, "Living is a right, not an obligation."

((((((((((jammer))))))))))

Well, I spend time with my pets and I go for walks. I watch funny movies...I have seasons 1 and 2 of South Park on DVD, and that usually helps. Internet helps too, as long as the sites you go to are positive.

I try to find anything that will distract the self hate or the panic. If someone is in the chat room ill go in there and try to goof around. Ill watch a movie or try to find something intresting on tv. I have a game online i play that works pretty well. If all that fails i try to convince myself that this low will break eventually. Its really hard to force your brain out of the rut it is running in but it will by itself eventually. Hope things get better there soon (((((jammer)))))
