Talk to us feelingsad. Crying is a good way to release frustration sometimes, but you don't want to cry forever.

I have cried so much lately I should be out of tears by now. Just like the rain, the crying will stop. In the meantime, my heart goes out to you and i hope your tears end soon. hugs! Tonih

I hear you. I have been crying too. But just like the rain that comes, it always ends and the rainbow comes. Sometimes we see it vividly, sometimes faintly, but it comes. I know it seems like you will cry forever. Sometimes I feel that way too.

We will sit with you quietly if that is okay. Whatever is going on we are here ready to listen when you are ready to share. Until then know you are not alone. Whatever it is, we can weather the storm together. For two is stronger than one.

Crying relieves us of things we are holding that otherwise may not get out. It cleanses us. It strengthens us. I am sorry things are so sad right now. Please keep posting and letting us know how you are doing. We care.

Sending gentle hugs and loving thoughts.

dps

I don't know about you guys, but I am one of those guy who doesn't let anyone see or hear , or even know that he is crying. However, strangly, I find that when people cry together as agroup it sort of comforts in a way. Sorry if that sounds odd but, are any of you guys like that? I feel that it is a misery love company thing but really it isn't its a reasurance that it is ok to cry.

The first thing that popped into my head was--mail it to him. That way there won't be any awkwardness between you. And no chance for him to say no thanks or get offended and say something rejecting. He'll get it in the mail and then it is up to him what to do with it.
No matter what, you can't force him to accept your help. You can offer, but it is up to him.
PS I think he is lucky to have such a devoted friend.

Ditto on the book. I have problems with group cries. I start feeling like I have to back out and stay the rational one to make sure everyone else stays alright. Obviously an occupational hazard

Ap 337. So sorry I missed your Question, What troubles me is I have a Friend who is going through alot, We Used to be really close and Because of what he is going through I believe he pulled away and made new friends. Not that I dont want him to make friends, Its long and complicated but I worry about him, I have a feeling hes struggling and Im So sad I dont see him anymore, I want to help and He knows Im here for him , but I dont want to be overbearing, Im scared to push him away even more than he is.I miss him so much that I cry every day.
