Berries,

You are not alone. Tonight I feel alone with you. I too have suffered most of my life with metal illness and in the last years physical illness.

I read some of the thread and I used to feel at least some of the time that without the tears I would not have had the laughter. (Kahlil Gibran)

Not anymore. I have also grieved for that little girl, that young woman that I never was. I cried uncontrollably a few years ago just as you described. At the time or shortly after I found it liberating. I needed to grieve for that person I felt so sorry for, she was not me though.

Again at the time it enabled me to move on. I hope you have the same experience.

lilly

Thank you all for making me feel less alone.
And I hope that I can "be there" for all of you as much as you always are for me.

I am feeling much much better, (((((Confused)))). Thank you.

(I feel a little too good, actually. But I'll take it. Just have to be careful and not do anything reckless.)

I hope it lasts a long time and that I don't crash.

Thank you ((((((everyone)))))) for supporting me through a really long depression. I hope it doesn't come back.

You know the drill, friend! Take it easy, get your sleep, do lots of relaxing things and avoid Caffeine and too much sugar. So glad to hear that you are feeling better. It's been a haul, but now you sond like you're getting back on track. Kepp us updated, OK? Huggs!
Thanks for this!
