My psychiatrist has put me down from Severe Depression back to Moderate Depression

I just hope it can continue to go down to Minor and then none at all without me breaking down again!

Congratulations, In_The_Darkness! May you go from strength to strength! And try to remember: what's important is how you are doing, how you are feeling, and not what labels professionals (or anyone else) may hang on you.
