well i just discovered a trigger for me.
the feeling of being unwanted or unimportant to people. my "friends" had a housewarming for one of the girls and never told me anything about it. not only that but work i just got the worst schedule and i think they are punishing me because i was late once.
i feel so worthless and unwanted. i just want to hide in a hole and cry.

I'm so sorry! I can relate somewhat about not being invited to an event. I know, though, you are important; you are wanted! Hang in there! We're here for you, too!
