I found this today and thought I would share.
Give yourself some time alone. Taking time to meet your own needs will help you be more patient and understanding as an individual. Reading jogging, napping, just doing your own thing a few hours a week will help you see your world more clearly.
Be happy and share the happiness with others. Happiness is found along the way, not at the end of the road. Happiness is a habit. Help it grow. Some days you have to work hard at being happy, but it will be worth it.
Start out each aday and greet each person with a smile. Think to yourself, "Today is going to be a good day." Then smile. A smile is the light in your window that tells others a caring, sharing person lives within.
Learn to feel good about yourself. If you like yourself, you will have good company 24 hours a day. If you want a friend, be a firend. Those who bring sunshine to the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves.
