but you sure can add to it... again, my doing. Hey, if I'm the one depressed, I sure can't discern someone else's involvement, it's all me me me and the darkness that surrounds me. Oh to get up high rise above it... and plunge down through it to break it apart for good.

Sky, don't know what happened but I think I hear you about when we are so depressed, EVERYTHING is about us. I get paranoia too sometimes, it's horrid how our rational minds get overruled by the depression. I hope you feel better.
