Well things are still hard. Loosing the baby, knowing that I have to push myself over my comfort zone and go find a job, even though I don't want to work. Dealing with the tightness in my chest right now which is never fun. Wishing that I had more motivation then I do. Dealing with broken sleep again which is always a bummer. I hate not getting the proper sleep.

Been trying to keep busy, haven't much felt like really posting or reading posts at the moment. Sorry guys for not being there, it's just one of those times I suppose. Hopefully it will past soon after all this change is done with etc.

My mood has just been up and down. Going to shower soon and go sit outside on the deck with my book and soak up some sun. It's really nice and warm out today, and is supposed to be like this for the rest of the week and into the weekend. Might go to the store just to get out, we'll see. blah

Not getting enough sleep is horrible for everyone! Try getting out and being a little more active and if that doesn't help you get to sleep at night, try a med for a week or two to reestablish your sleeping pattern... (((hugs))))

So sorry, Hey you know my Jane used to say that sleep made everything look better. I know that long walks also help, just walking because it moves our bodies and our thoughts. Hope you feel better soon.

my darling sundance.. I am so sorry it has taken me so long to respond..

I am sorry you are having such a hard time right now..
I really wish I could be there to hold your hand and sit and read with you, just to be there for you so you could have someone to chat with,

I all but understand not getting enough sleep, it is rough, when we do not sleep well, it just adds to our deperssion, and makes that monster even worse.
I always try to take a warm bath before I go to bed or drink a small glass of milk and a few cookies a full belly always makes me sleep better.. Might help a little ..
I hope your weekend is going better than you week has went.

Love to you
Trish
