Someone told me i do this. Maybe. Im trying hard to be positive and helpful but im struggling. Im sad today .. I always thought worse pain was self inflicted. For me its watching someone i love suffer and push me away and its worse cause he doesnt mean to. is there any books for coping you guys can suggest. for me and him?

So sorry you are having such a difficult time, FeelingSad. People that are troubled are not going to be operating at full efficiency. Nonetheless, you are supporting and helping others. You are to be commended.

I have no words to help you with your friend. I hope you continue to be supporting of others. You are a compassionate person and I wish you the best.

Agreed! It is unfortunate that sometimes a good quality can make life more painful. In the long run, however, I believe your compassion, FeelingSad, will work good in the lives of many.

Agreed with the above. Both of them. You know, Feeling sad, I think you'll come to realize that pain is pain. Some sources of pain, it's easier to get supprot from surround ing people, other sources aren' well undeerstood, then therefore neither is the pain. Huggs, bright one. Shine on.
