Ok my brother and his wife lives In florida and he call me sat and ask me to give his wife some of my zoloft for depression and panic attacks.Well to make a long story short I live In sc and he drive out that night and when I said here go my meds and said he could not take them too her because her pride want let her take them .She is only 26 and before her wedding day she was on meds and after they got married her parents stop her from taking her meds and They are newlyweds they got married In August 1 2009 And I feel sorry for her cause she not focus she just cries all the time she like a zombie .If you dont tell her to take a bath she would not take one.Iam so mad at her parents cause my brother talk to them and said he loves her and he want her to take her meds she suffers from depression and severe panic attacks. Her parents said they dont want her taking nother and I said If she had high blood pressure then you would want her taking meds and I said that should be the same with her depression .What should we do about this ?

Your brother and his wife can choose to live their own lives. They can decide what is best for them.

Coko,
I would say that it's not so good to give other people your meds, Meds for depression should be prescribed by only a P, and you don't know the side effects if someone has them. I would say that your brother needs to have a serious talk with his inlaws about their daughter, she needs T and needs to be helped for the depression, it can linger for years and if she's suffering daily then it will ultimately negatively impact their new marriage, which noone wants to see a new marriage in trouble. Sending positive vibes your way. I hope things work out for them.

How did your cat like being shaved down? We just rescued one about 4 months ago, he's precious, very needy and very affectionate.
