Call your therapist today. You need help now. If your therapist is unavailable, ask to see someone else. You might want to call NAMI to see if they can find some help for you: http://www.nami.org/template.cfm?sec...our_local_nami

You have been in crisis for quite awhile. Please get help today.

Good luck.

Chrise, I also believe you should seek flesh-and-blood help as soon as possible. You deserve to feel better, to feel safe and under control.

In my experience, hope finds us when we're not looking for it, when we're preoccupied with other things.

Rohag is right, hope will find you. Remember that there is hope, hope that you will be happy, hope that you will enjoy life. Hope that the Professionals can help. Hope is out there, look for it in a book. If you have seen or read anything that shows hope, read or watch it again, now, when you don't know where hope is. Hope comes from inside. Hope can be as simple as a smile for the future.

I wish you luck, and things will get better for all of us, given time.
