Hi all I'm new! I posted something in the introductions forum, but it was my first post and I made a mess lol. So I wanted to re-introduce myself here.

I have mild depression and it's been going on for a couple (few?) years now. I've tried many different things. I have improved a lot, but I still have a long way to go.

This site seems very active (I love active sites!) and I'm glad to be part of this community!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
