Hello, glad you've found this website just in time. People are friendly and will listen to others. When I first join here, I didn't read the rules proberly and kind of broke a lot. But now I understand most of them. I'm here to continue giving help and advice forget me age. I've been depressed for about 3 years now and to try I'm going to start slow then build up also share my thoughts. Feel free to keep on posting whenever you want. Everyone is here for you!
