I relate to this feeling, you describe it well. I'm sorry that you are feeling this way. Hopefully it passes soon. Feel free to message me if you ever want to talk.

What a description! Have you felt this specific feeling before? Is it closely associated with something?

Acknowledging your pain and affirming you...

Thanks ya'll.

Yes, I am well aquainted with this feeling. It's like 'heartache' over nothing. Like this pop can is (or was) my heart. I don't think it's associated with something... nothing triggers it. It's just almost always there.

Hello, thine_self_untrue. The symbolism of a crushed heart implies you once had a heart capable of giving and receiving greater love; more able to feel and give emotions. What crushed and trapped the emotions in your heart?

I don't know. I just don't know. Nothing should have, but apparently something did.

It just seems rediculous.

I"m sorry your heart hurts right now.
