To all my friends here I want to say I'm sorry. I've been gone for several weeks, I'm feeling overwhelmed by my depression and anxiety. I don't even feel up to explaining - it's all in my past posts: daughter, husband, financial problems, job change, constant vigilance/coping with my mental and physical health problems. Right now I'm not feeling capable of even reading others posts, let alone responding or writing my own. As soon as I feel capable of doing anything besides just keep myself alive each day, I'll be here.
Thanks for all the birthday wishes and thanks for all your care and concern.

 I'd rather have a visit, note or pretty picture than an "I'll say a prayer" or a "god bless you." Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure. Can't stop you from praying and blessing me, and if that makes you feel better feel free.  But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me. And let's all respect each other's feelings. With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."

I don't think we've met pomegranate, but what you said about not being able to be here right now is completely understandable, you don't have to apologise to anybody.
I hope you feel better soon and can re-join us. Focus on yourself and getting the help you need to get better x |

I havent met you before but hope your doing okay, hang on in there pomegranate, sounds like you have a LOT to cope with but well done you for coping it, keep on going.
