I don’t know where my towel is! That is how lost I am……..

If you didn’t get that obscure reference I’m not going to explain it to you.
If you did get it, I hope you are not laughing, it isn’t funny, I’m in real pain here

I'm sorry, Mike_J. Even if where you're at is "mostly harmless," pain is still pain. And pain can foster a sense of isolation, even -- perhaps especially -- if your universe teems with life.

Do you want to talk about the pain?

Totally understand where you are coming from. For me, it means my mind is going off in a million different directions and I have no focus. Breathe deep, really deep. It will show up.

(((Mike J))) - sorry you're in pain and feeling lost/frustrated. Are your surroundings unorganized? Many times people who are in crisis, also have surroundings that are in chaos. Is this what's happening?

I hope you find a nice clean towel. That reminds me - have you ever taken a hot towel out of the dryer and wrapped yourself in it - sooo cozy. I do this for my girls, put warm clothes on them lol. Try it sometime.
