I have been on Lexapro for over 5 months now.. my doctor and T were thinking it was time to lower the dosage to start weaning me off over the next 6 months. This is what I wanted at the time...
Since we talked about it my Ex has re-surfaced in my life and I am in a dark hole half the time... so the decision is to stay on the normal dose for the time being.
I just wanted to be normal again, don't get me worng I like what the meds do for me. It always seems just when I am getting my life back togther that it falls apart again

You're right; this is a problematic time to experimenting with dosages. Do you have any control over your Ex's presence in your life?

Hi There

I have sort of let him come back into my life... that's half the problem LOL.
I was dealing with everything really well and then he sent me a message saying he 'missed me, missed us'.. the bugger of it is that I do still love him..
I am sure that I will be okay in the end.

Thanks xxooxx

I have just switched to Lexapro from Paxil. Can I ask how your experience with Lexapro has been?
