Sould I tell Brenda about this site? And if I do what will she think of me then? So should I tell her or not, because if I do she will then know everything there is to know about me.

No, that is not a good idea and certainly not how to promote healthy relationships. Please try to back up a few steps and be alive to the things around you. Do something you enjoy, even if you have to force yourself,. Be aware of the body feelings. It's a hard thing but you can do it.
