Yesterday and today I did some yard work. I felt so good. I got out and did something instead of moping around the house. I am so proud of myself. I was inspired because my husband was out doing things and I thought I should do something. It wasn't hard just took time and I did a lot of sweating. It is so hot and muggy here.

That's great, angel! It's been a while since I have been able to get going. My doc just put me on Adderall to get me moving but not feeling it so far. I am so proud of you!!!

Hey - good job!
There are some bacteria or such in soil that when you breathe them in, they create a feel good response. That and being in some sunshine have to make you feel good. Besides crossing out to-dos on the list. I need to follow your example.
