for anything. All i want to do is stay in bed and watch
TV, This is not the normal me and i hate it,and feel guilty
on top of it all for being so lazy plus ive been taking 4mg
of zanax just to be able to function and get relief from
that deathly depression that hangs in thegut.
Any helpul thought /ideas really i know its something i have to
overcome myself.Even though i am on seroquel and cymbalta
and see my excellent pdr once a week...nothing helps
so back to PC which has always helped in the past.

Don't take xanax for depression, that is for anxiety and panic so it will put you into rest mode and you won't want to do anything other than stay in bed and watch telly

Also taking too many xanax will make you resistant to them and they won't work so if you do get anxious you will get no benefit from them.

Call your pdoc and get some advice on how to take your meds properly

Greetings,

I would recommend seeing a psychiatrist. There are so many combinations of medicaton that are available for depression, these days, not to mention therapy.

I wish you better days.

Have a good one.
