  • No Energy
  • No motivation
  • Sad Thoughts
  • Having pity party
I know what I need to do today, not sure any of it will get done.

Sending many hugs your way. Please know that everyone has their yucky days. The trick is to not be so hard on ourselves during these days. Be kind to yourself! And be proud of everything you accomplish, no matter how small the task may seem.
Thanks for this!

Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for the hug Melissa!

I'm trying to get things done (small things). Trying hard not to "beat myself up" for not being productive and listening to talks on Bipolar Disorder.

Hey Amy22,
I'm having a yucky day too. We can have a pity party together.
I do hope you feel better soon.

Take care of you.

I think a pity party is a wonderful idea! We can send out invitations and decorate with big fluffy pillows, thick blankets and over-sized boxes of tissues.

Hope you feel better too!

Tea, cookies and cats! That should be the theme. Everyone will need to bring one of each!

YAY! Dogs, chocolate chip muffins, and coffee.

A room filled with nice people, warm drinks, baked goods and little animals...

I'll probably forget to feel yucky.

Did you ever get that dark sinking feeling in your chest?

It feels as if your soul has been chilled over while being crushed tightly...that's Yucky.

Today I will NOT have a yucky day! I'm determined.

Will go to the gym.
Will pet dogs.
Will laugh with other people.
Will pretend the bills on my desk are really love letters.
Thanks for this!
