Does anyone know, or can quote me, the piece about the person and the hole in the ground?
Seems that I've fallen into the hole again. How could I have been so STUPID as not to see it

(This is not about anyone on pc. It's about me and how I continually hurt myself)

there was a person who was skywatching and didn't notice a big hole in the path while walking, so fell in,, ooh Help Help s/he cried, but no one came for a long time. So the next day the person is walking and they come to the hole, and remembering how awful it was yesterday, they walk around, but too near the edge, and fall in~!! oh Help Help,, they cry, but it's just forever before someone comes to help them out! So, the person is very upset, and swears never to fall in that hole again, but in a day or so, their attention wanders, and BOOM,, there they are, sitting in the pit. they are so angry, that they don't even wait for help, but start climbing out, and they climb and the dirt slips, and they climb, and the dirt slips,, and they climb until they have a ramp, and climb out, and never fall in that hole again. (at least that's the version i like),, best wishes,, {{{{ FuzzyBear }}}}

((((((( Furry Paws! )))))))

I like Gus1234U's version, too.

Question: Are we really talking about a simple "hole," or is it a "trap" deliberately set by someone else's malice and/or ego?

Reading I thought its a good discription of Depression after all thats a hole that we find ourselves in and cant get out. Some times I am feeling ok able to cope and then suddenly I feel like I am in a deep dark hole and can't climb out.

Please be kind to you (((fuzzy)))

You fell into the hole, you didn't go looking for it or aim for it.
