Had an excellent session last night with my T.
Brought up a lot of things to the forefront...for me I mean. She probably wishes I would express myself more. Anyway, I am feeling really good this morning. My T assured me she would be right by my side as I go through my issues, hurts, childhood ETC. She said she knows it is going to be hard for me. And she promised to not leave me. I feel a huge sense of Love, Care and Relief. Is this the beginning to a healthy start? Yeah, I know I am still going to have times of doubt, confusion and anger. But right now, I am going to ride this wave of good feeling!! |

I'm so happy for you right now Susan. Such good news. You deserve it.

Going away for the weekend to Ocean City, NJ.
So, just wanted to say thanks to you all for your happiness for me. I will be back Monday...I have a dx appt and a T appt in the evening. Don't miss me too much!
