I've lost it all. The last 2 days have really hit me. I think S.A.D is kicking in now. Not liking this at all. I don't know any other reason for it. I feel myself getting fat again, or thick. Really starting to feel self-consious like I did when I was on the Mirtazipine.

I should get active, but it's hard when you are not motivated to do so...

so sorry your having a rough time right now...wish I could give you some of my anxiety that got me all wired up and in overdrive...cannot stand this way either....wish I had some of your none motivation...hey maybe we can give each other alittle of what each of has.....Loss all motivation

God I couldn't deal with anyone giving me anxiety, I deal with it enough as it is.

I just feel that I have run out of steam, I have nothing left. Loss all motivation

still alive, even though still feeling slow, no motivation..
feels like i was on remeron again, so hard to get up in the morning.

doesn't help that it's been raining here literally all day.

One thing that helps me is to exercise and to bring summer into the fall. I have pictures of Hawaii and other places all over my house. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
