I am back from my 4 day mini retreat down to Ocean City.
It was so easy to let every thing go and just be.
The weather was more then perfect. My gf and I got along great!
It was so calm listening to the ocean's wave, and just laying by the pool daydreaming.

Now I am back. I have an appointment tonight with my dx doctor then 2 hours later a therapy session. Just happened to work out this way that the day I got back these appointments were scheduled.
I know I cannot stay in a blissful state forever.
But darn it, it felt so good to get away from the heaviness of my depression and hurt.

So...just wanted to check in w/ my good friends here.
You know by week's end life will happen and I will be stuck in the pit of black slime!
