I know what's wrong. You're human.

It might not be easy to figure yourself out, but trust me that's all it takes. One thing that I find helpful is when I feel out of control I like to go on a walk and talk it out with myself- aloud. Thing is I find that my thoughts are more controllable and organized when I speak them out loud. You might try it.

You are definitely human.
Are you seeing a therapist?

No, I am not seeing a therapist, however, I have been this way since I was little. I had an episode August of 2009 that put me in the hosiptal. I then was diagnosed as been bipolar. The Psychiatrist set with me for five minutes left out and then came back stating that I am bipolar. I would like a second opinion just cant afford one at this time. Any suggestions?
