Hello, Alyssa1986. What one small thing could you do differently to make your life better? What you are doing is not working. Do you know what would?

Is professional help an option?

Judging from some of your other posts, I'm not at all surprised at your inner turmoil. You're in a messy situation sitting on a difficult past (as if you need me to tell you that).

TheByzantine offers exceptional advice. You may need to untangle this one thread at a time. Above all, be safe.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
