Hi Everyone,
I am pleased to say that I sorted things out with my PDoc. Last session he remarked that i had moodswings , and I questioned whether he was competent to be my Doctor. Well i sorted things out with him. As it turns out that remark didn't have a judgement attached to it. He feels that I could be put on a mood stabilizer some time in the future. I am diabetic and when I lose control of my sugar intake, I also can have moodswings. Seeing as I had a day of despondency last Sunday, and because of the fact that I was irritable today,he decided to change my meds. So I am now on Cymbalta (30 mg) and Wellbutrin (for the time being) I must keep on with my activities, especially exercise. Also because of the darkness here, he suggested that I use my SADS light every day.
So when i left today, he thanked me. I suppose for trusting him enough to allow him to judge whether I needed meds. now. He also suggested that i find a therapist (female) to discuss sexual issues. I remained calm and reasonable the whole session.
So wish me luck with my new meds.!

Thanks for this!
