I'm avoiding, just watching episode after episode of a tv series.

not thinking about how I have to drive tomorrow for over 5 hours, not thinking of all the things I didnt finish, not thinking that if i hadn't been watching TV today I coudl have started on them.

Not thinking about the future because i can't handle it.

I'm sad, it's a full moon (which messes with me) and I wish I could just curl up in a ball but i can't. And besides that's the start of the long and weary road to a more depressed state

Turquoise - is there any intervention you can take? Speak to your pdoc to tweak your meds, or make some changes in your life to make things more bearable..? You don't need to be riding a rollercoaster in and out of depression - there is help out there.

Thanks everyone =)

Its just night sometimes that I get sad/full moon. Not on any meds but i've been doing well emotionally for a good 3-4 months, so I'm hoping that this too shall pass

This morning I feel much better though a bit stressed because I still haven't bought christmas presents and I'm spending today driving home!
